Things to note
Booking fee
A 20% booking fee will be applied to every booking. It must be paid upon booking to secure your appointment.
Your booking fee can be paid in person, or over the phone via our secure payment system. Please make sure you have your card details to hand. Your card details will not be saved without your prior consent.
Cancellation policy
As a matter of courtesy and respect for other clients and your stylist, please take note of the following:
Failure to cancel any service reservation within 48 hours of expected arrival will result in the 20% booking fee being retained.
Failure to cancel any service reservation within 24 hours of expected arrival will result in you being charged 50% of expected revenue. To avoid embarrassment for yourself and your stylist, please offer your payment.
In the event that we manage to fill your cancelled reservation with another, the above fees will be waived.
No future appointments will be made until any outstanding balance is settled.
Timing
We always try to be on time for your service but in some circumstances there may be a short delay – we promise, it’s worth the wait!
If we are at fault for the delay then you will get the full time for your service. Unfortunately, if you arrive late for your booking, we may have to change the service for which you are booked, or turn you away. You will still be charged for your original booking.
